This award is intended for a full-time student with a 3.0 GPA or above who is transferring to a four-year institution. The student should possess outstanding qualities such as sportsmanship, leadership, loyalty and commitment. Ed Carrol Scholarship
This scholarship is for a full-time student graduating/transferring to a four-year institution with a 3.0 GPA or better. Student must participate in athletics at the College and the award will be given to the student with the highest GPA. The disbursement will be in the Spring semester.

Ernie Polte Aquatic Scholarship
The award recipient may be for one or more students graduating/transferring to a four- year institution who have participated in one of the aquatic teams at F.C. The student must carry a GPA of at least 2.5. Additionally, the student must be involved in aquatic club activities and should possess the qualities of sportsmanship, leadership, citizenship, competitiveness and the motivated nature of a successful athlete.

First Lt. Stephen D. Joyner Memorial Football Award
The football coaching staff will recommend one or two football players who willtransfer to the upper division of a four-year institution as eligible juniors. The recipient(s) must possess "in good measure the traits of loyalty, sportsmanship, leadership, citizenship and personal warmth" that characterized the man memorialized by the award.

Max O. Royer Most Valuable Offensive Football Award
To be eligible for this award a man must be a sophomore who has played two years of football at F.C. and who has been an outstanding offensive player. He must be athletically eligible for the following Fall football season and must enroll in a college or university of his choice. He must possess the qualities of character that Max Royer admired: loyalty, enthusiasm, dedication and good sportsmanship. This scholarship is for one or more students recommended by the Men's Physical Education Department.

Mike Sgobba Memorial Baseball Scholarship

The recipient should be a student leader of the FC Baseball Team with good work habits and who is graduating and/or transferring to a four-year institution.

Selection of the recipient will be by the Head Baseball Coach, Sgobba family member and two alumni of the Fullerton College Baseball Team.

Robert Lenard Physical Education Divison Annuity

Fund a ten-year certain annuity to benefit the FC Physical Education Division Teams post-season successes.

A $50,000 allotment will be available for capital expenditures that benefit the Fullerton College Women’s Basketball Program. It is the intent that this $50,000 (and attendant interest) will be distributed over a minimum ten-year period with $5,000 available annually until the $50,000 is depleted. However, if a larger capital expenditure is desired, additional monies may be made available in $5,000 increments with the proviso that in a subsequent year, or years, no monies will be available to account for the fact that more than the $5,000 (or the annual amount available) was spent in a one year period. For instance, (only as an example) in year one a $15,000 capital expenditure is desired. In year two and three no monies, from the $50,000 allotment, will be available. In year four, $5,000 will be available again for capital expenditures.

 $1,000 will be allotted annually to any and all FC Sports Teams’ that win their Conference.

                              OR

 $2,000 will be allotted annually to any and all FC Sports Teams’ that play in the State Finals.

 In order to receive these monies, the Fullerton College Women’s Basketball Coach will prepare an annual report to be compiled and submitted to the Fullerton College Foundation and to the Dean, Physical Education, stating the previous year's planned versus actual expenditures in each area that it has received monies from the Robert A. Lenard Annuity held by the Fullerton College Foundation.

Robert Lenard Women's Basketball Scholarship I

This scholarship is given in the name of Robert Lenard for a member of the Fullerton College Women’s Basketball Team so that she may continue her education. In making the decision of the recipient, priority shall be given to a journalism major, and, if there is a potential recipient that is both a journalism major and commits to cover women’s sports that potential recipient will be given priority.

Robert Lenard Women's Basketball Scholarship II

Fund a Scholarship for an assistant coach that will be included in the budget and paid as an Independent Contractor. In the event that Fullerton College begins paying for an assistant coach, these funds may be used to pay an additional assistant coach or for post season competition. 

Additional funds for travel expenses in and out of season so long as a detailed cost estimates and travel plan are submitted by April 1 of each year for the prospective year.

Steve Van Horn Memorial Athletic Scholarship
The recipient should be an outstanding basketball player for Fullerton College.  The student must be  graduating/transferring to a four-year college.  He should possess in good measure the traits of sportsmanship, leadership, citizenship, personal warmth, competitiveness and aggressiveness that were such a large part of Steve Van Horn's character and personality. The athletic director, basketball coach and athletic trainer shall select the recipient.

William H. Chambers Athletic Trainer Award
This scholarship is for one or more continuing or graduating students who are pursuing a career in athletic training. The recipients must possess a minimum G.P.A. of 3.2, must be transferring to a four-year university and enrolled in 12 units. Recipients will be selected by the athletic trainers of Fullerton College.
